Found this super interesting. TIME has a photo gallery from Mardi Gras 1938, and yes I can see some fashion ideas that we need to bring back.

I was checking out ChillyFest, downtown Raleigh last weekend and I found this sitting on a bench around Fayetteville Street. 

This was a great idea...and well got my attention. Love it.
