According to Digital Spy, Corey Curtis of Racine, Wisconsin needs to pay for child supporthe owes to the mothers of his nine kids before having any new children, claims Racine County Judge Tim Boyle. This order to stop having kids was part of the condition of Curtis’s three-year probation after failing to pay $50,000 in child support and another $40,000 in interest on the money owed.

The judge said in a very matter of fact manner, "Common sense dictates you shouldn't have kids you can't afford. I will make that a condition of the probation." The 44-year-old Curtis said he would abide by those conditions and he said to reporters, "Judges, they make rulings, they make them kind of hastily. So, if that's what he feels one of my conditions should be then I'm going to abide by it."

“Fox and Friends” Saturday debated the man’s rights and the idea that the judge might have possibly crossed over a line. While most everyone agrees the children need to be supported by their father, ordering a man to stop having children is treading in murky water. The legalities surrounding this order of not having any more children were also questioned by many after the judge made this part of this man’s probation.
