Kegel Exercises: Kegel exercises are key to a strong pelvic floor and a mind-blowing sex life! They’re easy to do and can be done anytime, anywhere without anyone knowing. Squeeze in a few of these during your lunch break and you’ll be ready for a steamy session by
1. Sit in a chair as you normally would.
2. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for five seconds, and then relax for five seconds.
3. Work up to keeping the muscles contracted for 10 seconds at a time, relaxing for 10 seconds between contractions.
4. Repeat 5 times.
Chair Squats: Incorporating squats into your workout routine encourages flexibility and is incredibly good for your pelvic floor. This exercise will help you experience greater stimulation during intercourse. Not to mention squats are great for lifting your booty, giving you an extra dose of self-confidence to show off in the bedroom.
1. Stand with a chair behind you.
2. Place your feet slightly farther than shoulder width apart.
3. Bring your arms out in front of you.
4. Squat back as if you are going to sit down on the chair.
5. Touch the chair briefly.
6. Stand back up, dropping your hands to the sides.
7. Repeat for 2 to 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps.
Bridge Pose: Holding the bridge pose is similar to doing Kegel exercises. You squeeze those same muscles in order to
help strengthen your pelvic floor. Start your day off with a few bridge poses as soon as you get out of bed. You’ll start your day with a good stretch as well as toning your vagina for stronger orgasms! Yeah…we can make time for that!
1. Lie on your back with your feet on the floor and knees bent.
2. Adjust your feet so that they are hip width apart and your toes are pointed straight ahead.
3. On an exhale, press your weight into both of your feet and lift your hips off of the floor squeezing your butt and kegel muscles when you get to the top.
4. Hold the pose for 5 seconds and then lower to the starting position.
5. Repeat for 3 sets of 10 reps.
