Dwayne Wade made it publicly known that he did not agree with the Heat and Knicks playing their game mere days after Hurricane Sandy ravaged the northeast. The Miami Heat star felt the game should have been postponed while so many people were suffering, trying to deal with the destruction left by the super storm.
Wade decided to donate his game check, roughly $210,000 before taxes, to relief efforts.
