For the first time in franchise history, the Atlanta Falcons are 5-0.  They beat the Redskins 24-17.

Houston moves to 5-0 after defeating the NY Jets 23-17. It was the first time the Texans beat the Jets in franchise history.

Arizona suffered first loss of season, falling 17-3 to St. Louis.

New Orleans got first win of the season defeating San Diego 31-24. Saints QB Drew Brees threw a touchdown pass in his 48th straight game, breaking an NFL record, while WR Marques Colton set a franchise record with 52 touchdown catches.

Pittsburgh defeated Philadelphia 16-14 with game-winning field goal as time expired.

Colts QB Andrew Luck rallied his team from a 21-3 deficit to stun the Packers 30-27.

In a game of field goals, Baltimore was able to come out on top with a 9-6 win over Kansas City.

QB Tom Brady and the New England Patriots were victorious over QB Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos in the 13th meeting of the star quarterbacks. Patriot RB Stevan Ridley enjoyed a career-high day rushing for 151 yards in the 31-21 win.
