Researchers at the University of Zurich and the University of South Florida surveyed 2,000 people and found that people who don’t have a clear work/home divide in their lives have less hobbies and outside interests. There are many people who are just consumed by their jobs and don’t have much else. Put the phone down and get a hobby!
People who answer work emails at home are also more prone to exhaustion because they never truly get a break.
